Tips for photo shoot

First thing you should do when trying to do a good photo shoot is to make the subject feel comfertable so they look and act more natural to obtain better photographs.

Make sure the subject looks presentable. If an item of clothing looks out of place, sort it out or ask them to.

Make sure you use a fast shutter speed if you are not using a tripod as you may get camera sway in the picture!

Use the rule of thirds to get a more appealing looking shot of the subject. Making the person look good and center of attention on the photograph.

Play with the settings on the camera to change the brightness and contrast and saturation to attempt to get a better looking picture or you could do it on a photo editing software like photoshop.

Don't ofrget to use natural lighting like the sun as it is more flattering and brings out the natural beauty of the subject being photographed.

Keep the subject moveing to obtain different shots at different angles.

Make the subject smile and laugh to get a veriaty of different facial expressions because one facial expression is boreing.

Use an infinate wall to get a perfect smooth back ground with no shaddows.

Give the subject something to play with. Give them some props to use during the photo shoot to add a bit of excitement in the photo's.

Lastly just enjoy it! If you're haveing a good time, guaranteed the subject will be to.
