This picture was taken with a 5 second shutter speed and appature was automatic (the camera did the work with the shosen setting). There was very little ligh in the room to get a better picture with the light. with an f-stop of f/20.
this picture was taken on the setting Appiture Prioriy (Av) which means you set the appature and then the camera will automaticly ajust to the light. But with the camera being on a manual setting, you have to focus the camera your self. The can, cable tie, fense post look in focus and as the photograph goes on, behind them the photo gets blury.

Image analysis: This is a photograph of Johnny Wilkinson, this man is not
big on celebrations but it shows that he does still care. When this photograph
was taken the camera must have been on a manual setting so he could focus the
camera himself. the aperture must have been small so quickly get the snap he
needed fast with a good quality finish.
Interpretation of meaning: even though Johnny is not a celebratory man it show he knows where credits due. It's a subtle way of a celebration without rubbing it in the opposing teams face.
Image analysis: this photograph was taken with a slow shutter speed as it will capture motion blur giving the photograph a unique look.
Interpretation of meaning: this photograph has made the acrobat look like a bird or a form of butterfly meaning she looks free and can fly and follow her dream.
Image analysis: this photograph was taken with a fast shutter speed and a wide angle lens to get the image of him running as he would naturally

Image analysis: this
image was taken with a fast shutter speed and in black and white and in a professional studio where he can control lighting
Interpretation of
meaning: He's looking serious as if he's in some situation but he's still
relatively calm and not stressing
Image analysis: this
image was taken up close to the model with a fast shutter speed again taken in a professional studio.
Interpretation of
meaning: this could show that the model could be interested in music and the
way the double bass or cello is positioned with the tuning peg where the eye
should be it could mean that music is as much of her as her music is.
Image analysis: the
image was taken with a relatively fast shutter speed as he needed to capture
the hare moving it also has a large depth of field and was taken in a professional studio where he can control lighting and the fan as the fan speed will control the way the hair will move.
Interpretation of
meaning: her eyes show mystery as they are not fully open but are not quite
closed. the colour red also signifies danger leaving the subject a danger yet mysterious
Ansel adams: Nature and landscapes
Ansel Adams:
Category - Nature and landscapes
Purposes - Calenders, promotion - national parks, art
Image analysis - photographs are in black and white, used to have big cameras so it shows dedication, fine detail
Interpretation of meaning - the power of nature, some of the pictures are of people trying to 'imitate' nature
The photograph above was taken by the photographer Ansel Adams. He has got a very small aperture on the camera and he must have used a tripod because you get a very sharp photograph. it captures the desolateness that the rocky land has to offer. You can see beams of light coming through the clouds leaving it peaceful and undisturbed.
